- Yogic asanas are also beneficial to prevent miscarriage such as including sarvangasana, vajrasana, bhujangasana, shalabhasana, dhanurasana, paschimottashaha and trikonasana.
- You can also take 6-10 grams of ascorbic acid to prevent miscarriage for 5-10 days.
- You should be avoided smoking, tobacco and drinking alcohol as soon as the pregnancy is confirmed.
